By accessing and using Gmailytics, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Gmailytics.
Gmailytics is a Gmail inbox cleanup and analytics tool that connects to your Gmail account via Google OAuth. The service analyzes email metadata to generate statistics, visualizations, and insights about your email usage patterns. Features include email volume trends, top sender analysis, bulk email cleanup (trash and archive by sender), and newsletter unsubscribe.

Your use of Gmailytics is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. We only access email metadata and never read or store email content.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, Google API changes, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
Gmailytics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, inaccurate analytics, or unauthorized access to your account. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
The Gmailytics service, including its design, code, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without our express written permission.
Gmailytics Pro is a paid subscription, billed in advance either quarterly ($7 every 3 months) or annually ($24 per year) through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, and your payment method is charged automatically, until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (Manage subscription). When you cancel, you keep Pro access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the free tier. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Subscription charges are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods — cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. The free tier (2,000 cleanups every 30 days, no credit card) lets you fully evaluate the product before paying.
Discretionary refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate or accidental charges, demonstrable technical issues that prevented use of the service, or other genuine issues. To request one, email jacob@gmailytics.com within 14 days of the charge.
Customers who previously purchased the one-time lifetime plan retain unlimited access under their original terms; no subscription, renewal, or further charge applies to those accounts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Gmailytics after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
